Classic Digital DTF provides professional direct-to-film transfers for businesses, apparel decorators, clothing brands, teams, schools, organizations, and individual creators. This page provides basic information about ordering, artwork preparation, gang sheets, pressing, shipping, pickup, returns, and customer support.
You can order individual transfers or create a gang sheet containing multiple designs and sizes. Before placing your order, carefully review the artwork, dimensions, quantities, spelling, colors, orientation, and shipping information. Custom DTF products are printed according to the information submitted with the order, and changes may not be possible once production begins.
For the best printing results, upload a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background. Artwork should ideally be prepared at approximately 300 DPI at the final print size. Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or improperly prepared images may not print clearly. Make sure unwanted white or colored backgrounds have been removed and check all spelling, names, dates, numbers, and design details before ordering.
Gang sheets allow you to place several designs onto one continuous sheet of DTF film. Use the gang sheet builder to upload, resize, rotate, duplicate, and arrange your artwork. Keep every design completely inside the printable canvas and leave enough space between designs for cutting. Check that the size and quantity of each design are correct before adding the sheet to your cart. Gang sheets are generally printed exactly as submitted.
Our recommended starting settings are 280°F for 18 seconds using medium, even pressure. Pre-press the garment for approximately 3 to 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. Position the transfer on a flat area and avoid pressing directly over seams, pockets, buttons, zippers, or other raised surfaces.
For polyester garments, the transfer can generally be peeled immediately after pressing. For cotton and cotton-blend garments, peel warm or cold for the best result. After removing the film, cover the design with a clean Teflon sheet, parchment paper, or approved finishing sheet and press it a second time for several seconds. Always test one transfer before pressing an entire order because heat presses and garment materials can vary.
Wait at least 24 hours before washing the finished garment. Turn the garment inside out, wash in cold or warm water, and use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, dry cleaning, and excessive dryer heat. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the printed design.
Available shipping and local pickup options will be displayed during checkout. Production time and shipping time are separate, and selecting faster shipping does not automatically shorten production time. Tracking information will be provided after the shipping label is created. Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting the order.
When local pickup is selected, wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving. Bring your order number or other requested information when collecting the order.
DTF transfers are custom-made and generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of customer preference, incorrect sizing, spelling errors, low-resolution artwork, unwanted backgrounds, layout mistakes, or incorrect information submitted with the order.
If you believe there is a production problem, contact us promptly and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the transfers. For pressing issues, also provide the garment type, press temperature, pressing time, pressure, and peel method used. Reprints or other remedies may be provided when a verified production error has occurred.
