Welcome to ClassicDigitalDTF.com. This website is operated by KIN Marketing Group, LLC., doing business as Classic Digital DTF, referred to in this policy as “Classic Digital DTF,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
These Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to your use of ClassicDigitalDTF.com, your customer account, your submission of artwork, and your purchase of DTF transfers, gang sheets, custom printing, digital files, products, or related services.
By visiting the website, creating an account, uploading artwork, approving a proof, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree with them.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information.
Reviewing your order before submitting payment.
Confirming that all uploaded artwork, spelling, sizes, colors, quantities, and product selections are correct.
Keeping your account password and login information secure.
Ensuring that you have the legal right to reproduce every image, logo, name, phrase, photograph, design, trademark, or other material submitted to us.
We may refuse, cancel, limit, or place an order on hold when information appears inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, unauthorized, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.
Classic Digital DTF may offer products and services including:
Custom direct-to-film transfers.
DTF gang sheets.
Single-image transfers.
Ready-to-press transfers.
Artwork preparation or adjustment services.
Digital proofs.
Downloadable production or print files.
Custom apparel or decorated products.
Shipping, pickup, and related fulfillment services.
Product availability, dimensions, pricing, minimum quantities, production times, features, and specifications may change without notice.
Images shown on the website are examples. Actual printed colors, dimensions, textures, opacity, and appearance may vary because of monitor settings, artwork quality, transfer materials, inks, fabric composition, garment color, heat press calibration, pressure, application technique, and other production variables.
Submitting payment does not automatically mean that an order has been accepted for production.
An order is accepted when we have:
Received valid payment or approved payment arrangements.
Received usable artwork and all required order information.
Completed any necessary artwork review.
Received proof approval when a proof is required.
Confirmed that the order can reasonably be produced.
We may contact you if artwork, order details, shipping information, or payment information requires clarification. Production may not begin until the requested information or approval is received.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical errors, unavailable materials, equipment failure, prohibited content, intellectual-property concerns, or an inability to complete the order as requested.
If we cancel an order before production because we cannot fulfill it, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
You agree to pay:
The product or service price shown at checkout.
Applicable setup, artwork, proof, rush, handling, delivery, or shipping charges.
Applicable sales tax or other legally required charges.
Any additional charge that you approve for requested changes or services.
Prices may change at any time before an order is placed. We are not required to honor obvious typographical, software, calculation, or pricing errors. If an error affects an order, we may contact you with the corrected amount and allow you to approve or cancel the affected order.
Payment must be successfully authorized before production begins unless written credit terms have been approved.
We may use third-party payment processors. We generally do not receive or store your complete credit or debit card number.
Chargebacks filed for a valid order may result in suspension of the customer’s account and collection of unpaid balances, chargeback fees, production costs, shipping costs, and other amounts permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits a customer’s lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrectly processed payment.
You retain ownership of original artwork that you own and submit to us.
By uploading or otherwise providing artwork, you represent and warrant that:
You created the artwork; or
You own the applicable rights; or
You have received all licenses, permissions, releases, and authorizations required to reproduce it.
This includes permission to reproduce trademarks, logos, photographs, illustrations, characters, team names, school marks, business names, celebrity images, copyrighted graphics, and other protected content.
An image being available through an internet search, social-media page, marketplace listing, design website, or artificial-intelligence tool does not necessarily mean that it may legally be reproduced.
You grant Classic Digital DTF a limited, nonexclusive license to store, process, resize, arrange, color-manage, reproduce, print, and otherwise use submitted artwork solely as reasonably necessary to:
Review the artwork.
Prepare proofs.
Produce the order.
Provide customer support.
Maintain legally required business records.
Complete authorized reorders.
This license does not transfer ownership of your artwork to us.
Our acceptance, review, adjustment, proofing, or printing of artwork does not constitute a legal determination that the artwork is authorized.
We are not responsible for researching ownership, trademark registrations, licensing rights, model releases, publicity rights, or copyright status for customer-submitted content.
We may request written proof of authorization and may reject or stop an order if ownership or permission is disputed.
We may remove artwork, suspend access, cancel production, or preserve relevant records when we receive a credible claim that submitted content violates intellectual-property or other legal rights.
Copyright or trademark complaints should be sent to:
Classic Digital DTF – Intellectual Property Notice
Email: Sales@classicdigitaldtf.com
A notice should identify:
The protected work, trademark, or other right involved.
The material claimed to be unauthorized.
Where the material appears on our website or systems.
The complaining party’s contact information.
A statement explaining the basis of the claim.
A statement that the information is accurate and submitted in good faith.
The physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized representative.
We may forward a complaint to the customer who submitted the artwork.
You may not submit or order content that:
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
Is fraudulent, unlawfully deceptive, defamatory, threatening, or harassing.
Promotes unlawful activity.
Contains sexual content involving minors or any exploitative material.
Contains nonconsensual intimate imagery.
Is submitted through a stolen, compromised, or unauthorized account.
Violates applicable federal, state, or local law.
Creates an unreasonable safety, legal, or reputational risk for Classic Digital DTF.
We may refuse content at our reasonable discretion. Refusal to print content does not necessarily represent a judgment about the customer or the customer’s beliefs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Classic Digital DTF, Classic Screen Printing and Design, Inc., and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, judgments, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
Artwork or content you submit.
Your alleged lack of permission to reproduce submitted content.
Your violation of intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Your misuse of the website or products.
Your violation of these terms.
This obligation does not apply to claims caused solely by our independent alteration or use of artwork outside the limited purposes authorized by these terms.
Customers are responsible for providing production-ready artwork that meets the file requirements displayed on the website.
Recommended requirements may include:
High-resolution PNG or other accepted file format.
Transparent background where required.
Correct final dimensions.
Appropriate resolution at the intended print size.
Properly spelled and arranged text.
Adequate line thickness and image detail.
Artwork free from unintended backgrounds, borders, shadows, or low-resolution artifacts.
Increasing the dimensions of a low-resolution image does not restore missing image detail.
We may print artwork as submitted unless artwork assistance or proofing has been purchased or specifically included. We are not responsible for defects already present in customer files, including:
Pixelation.
Blurring.
Compression artifacts.
Jagged edges.
Incorrect transparency.
Unwanted backgrounds.
Embedded color changes.
Missing details.
Misspelled words.
Incorrect sizing.
Improperly licensed fonts.
Artwork that is too thin or detailed to reproduce reliably.
Artwork cleanup, background removal, vector conversion, color separation, rebuilding, or design work may require an additional charge.
A digital proof is an approximation of placement, dimensions, arrangement, and general appearance. A proof is not an exact representation of final printed color, texture, opacity, or transfer behavior.
When proof approval is required, you are responsible for reviewing:
Spelling.
Grammar.
Names and numbers.
Artwork selection.
Image orientation.
Dimensions.
Quantities.
Gang-sheet layout.
Cut lines or spacing.
General placement and appearance.
Approval authorizes production.
Once a proof has been approved, Classic Digital DTF is not responsible for customer-approved errors. Changes requested after approval may require additional fees and may restart the production schedule.
If an automated builder or gang-sheet tool is used, the customer remains responsible for inspecting the completed layout before saving, approving, or adding it to the cart.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a separately quoted color-matching service has been accepted in writing.
Differences may occur because:
Screens display colors using light, while printing uses physical ink.
Screens and devices vary in brightness and calibration.
RGB, CMYK, spot-color, and printer color spaces reproduce colors differently.
DTF white ink, adhesive, curing, film, and garment color affect appearance.
Different production runs may have minor variations.
Fluorescent, metallic, neon, transparent, extremely saturated, or specialty colors may not reproduce exactly.
Reasonable color, finish, texture, film, adhesive, and dimensional variations are not considered defects.
When ordering a gang sheet, you are responsible for confirming that:
Every image fits within the selected sheet dimensions.
Images do not overlap.
Required spacing is maintained.
Nothing extends outside the printable boundary.
The artwork is correctly sized.
The selected sheet length and quantity are correct.
If an automatic nesting or layout tool is offered, it is provided as a convenience. You must review the resulting sheet before submitting the order.
We are not responsible for omissions, duplication, unexpected scaling, clipped artwork, overlap, or spacing problems that were visible in the customer-approved or customer-submitted gang-sheet layout.
Production times displayed on the website are estimates unless we expressly provide a guaranteed completion date in writing.
Production time generally begins after:
Payment has cleared.
Complete order information has been received.
Production-ready artwork has been accepted.
Any required proof has been approved.
Production time does not include shipping time.
Weekends, holidays, severe weather, equipment problems, supply shortages, unusually large orders, requested changes, payment reviews, artwork problems, and carrier disruptions may affect completion.
Rush service is subject to availability. Purchasing rush production does not guarantee a carrier’s delivery time unless a separate delivery guarantee is expressly stated in writing.
If an unexpected delay materially affects an order, we may contact you with available options as required by applicable law.
Shipping estimates are provided by the applicable carrier and are not guaranteed by Classic Digital DTF unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping, rerouting, correction, or reshipment charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created.
Classic Digital DTF is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation interruptions, labor disruptions, natural disasters, incorrect routing, security inspections, peak-season volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Inspect your shipment promptly after delivery.
Contact us at sales@classicdigitaldtf.com within seven calendar days after delivery if:
The package arrives visibly damaged.
The order is incomplete.
The tracking information states delivered but the package cannot be located.
The package contains the wrong product.
Include your order number, photographs of the packaging, photographs of the products, and a description of the issue.
Do not discard packaging or damaged products until the claim has been reviewed.
Carrier claims, replacements, credits, and refunds are evaluated according to the circumstances and applicable law. We may require the customer to cooperate with a carrier investigation.
Orders selected for local pickup must not be collected until the customer receives confirmation that the order is ready.
Pickup hours and instructions may change. Identification or order confirmation may be required.
Orders not collected within a reasonable period may be moved to storage, shipped at the customer’s expense, or disposed of after reasonable notice, subject to applicable law.
Because most DTF products are customized, production may begin shortly after an order is submitted.
Cancellation or change requests must be sent immediately to sales@classicdigitaldtf.com
A request is not approved until we confirm it in writing.
Orders may not be canceled after production, artwork preparation, proof preparation, printing, curing, cutting, packaging, or other custom work has begun.
When cancellation is approved, the refund may be reduced by amounts already incurred, including:
Artwork or setup charges.
Proofing charges.
Payment-processing costs where legally permitted.
Materials already used.
Production work already completed.
Custom services already performed.
Customer-requested changes may result in additional charges and a revised completion date.
DTF transfers, gang sheets, printed artwork, custom apparel, digital proofs, and downloadable production files are custom-made products. They generally cannot be returned or exchanged because the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong size or quantity, submitted incorrect artwork, or no longer needs the order.
This policy does not eliminate any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Contact us within seven calendar days of delivery or pickup if you believe that:
We printed the wrong artwork.
We produced the wrong quantity.
The physical product materially differs from the approved order.
The transfer contains a verified production defect.
The order was damaged before delivery or during shipment.
Include:
Your order number.
Clear photographs of the full order.
Close-up photographs of the problem.
The number of affected items.
A description of the application process, when relevant.
Photographs of any test application, when relevant.
We may request that affected materials be returned or made available for inspection.
When we confirm that we caused a production error, our remedy may include, at our option and as appropriate:
Reprinting the affected quantity.
Replacing the affected product.
Issuing store credit.
Refunding the amount paid for the affected portion.
Do not use, cut, distribute, resell, or apply transfers after discovering a possible defect. Continued use may limit the available remedy.
A free reprint or refund generally will not be provided for:
Errors present in customer-submitted artwork.
Customer-approved spelling, sizing, placement, quantity, or layout errors.
Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork.
Minor color differences.
Incorrect heat, pressure, time, peeling, garment selection, or application method.
Failure to test a transfer before completing a full production run.
Damage caused by a malfunctioning or uncalibrated heat press.
Scorching, dye migration, discoloration, fabric damage, or press marks.
Application to unsuitable, coated, waterproof, heat-sensitive, contaminated, or previously treated materials.
Improper washing or care.
Carrier delays after an order ships.
A customer’s change of mind.
Missed events or deadlines when no written delivery guarantee was provided.
Application instructions are general recommendations. Heat presses, garments, fabric blends, coatings, dyes, pressure readings, temperature readings, and working environments vary.
You are responsible for:
Verifying that the material is suitable for heat application.
Testing the transfer on a sample or inconspicuous area.
Confirming actual platen temperature with appropriate equipment.
Using consistent pressure.
Following the instructions provided with the product.
Allowing the transfer to cool or peeling it as instructed.
Performing any recommended finishing press.
Testing before applying an entire customer or production order.
Classic Digital DTF is not responsible for the value of customer-supplied garments, uniforms, bags, accessories, or other materials damaged during transfer application unless we separately accepted those goods for application and agreed otherwise in writing.
Digital proofs, layouts, production files, templates, and other downloadable products may be subject to download limits or expiration periods.
Unless otherwise stated:
Digital-product sales are final once the file has been delivered or made available.
Files are licensed only for the purchaser’s authorized business or personal use.
Website software, templates, interfaces, and proprietary production tools may not be copied, resold, reverse engineered, redistributed, or offered as a competing service.
Purchasing a production file does not grant rights to artwork owned by another party.
The customer remains responsible for reviewing downloaded files before printing or production.
You may be able to create an account to save addresses, orders, artwork, proofs, or reorder information.
You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate an account for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, prohibited content, security threats, violation of these terms, or misuse of the website.
Account termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations or provisions that reasonably continue after termination.
Promotions, coupons, rewards, and discount codes:
May have expiration dates or eligibility requirements.
May be limited to one per order.
May exclude certain products, services, taxes, or shipping.
May not be exchanged for cash.
May be canceled when obtained or used through fraud or technical error.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
We do not guarantee that the website, builder, upload system, customer portal, proof system, payment system, download system, or other service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, upgrades, service-provider outages, or technical problems.
You are responsible for retaining original copies of artwork and important files. The website should not be used as the only storage location for customer artwork.
The website may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers, cloud-storage providers, analytics providers, social-media platforms, plugins, mapping services, and email providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Classic Digital DTF is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, security, or availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
Except for express promises stated in these terms or required by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
We do not warrant that:
Every submitted design will reproduce exactly as displayed on a screen.
A transfer will be suitable for every fabric or application.
Website access will be uninterrupted.
Every customer-uploaded file will remain stored indefinitely.
A carrier will deliver by an estimated date.
Printed colors will exactly match digital colors.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty limitations. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent legally permitted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Classic Digital DTF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the website, products, services, delayed delivery, loss of business, lost profits, lost opportunity, event cancellation, loss of artwork, garment damage, or customer application errors.
Except where prohibited by law, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at Sales@classicdigitaldtf.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue informally.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings relating to these terms or our services must be brought in a state or federal court with proper jurisdiction in the Florida county where KIN Marketing Group, LLC. maintains its principal business office.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, practices, technology, or legal obligations.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or legally permitted.
Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These terms, together with the order details, approved proof, product-page requirements, and any written quotation or agreement accepted by us, form the entire agreement relating to your order.
